Why it matters

Connect the work to the outcome.

A campaign can't fix an unavailable item, an incomplete listing or unsuitable pricing. We work on the connected operational factors affecting marketplace sales and communicate clear weekly priorities.

Marketplace management across India and the UAE

Each marketplace has its own category rules, product data requirements, ad options and operating rhythm. CRP Digital helps ecommerce teams coordinate catalogue work, listings, sponsored media and commercial reporting so products are easier to find and easier to buy. We start with the channels that fit your category and seller eligibility, then define responsibilities for content, inventory, pricing and advertising.

India: Amazon, Flipkart and relevant quick commerce channels

For Indian brands, the scope can include Amazon and Flipkart onboarding, product title and attribute work, image briefs, variation setup, keyword coverage, sponsored ad structure and weekly account reviews. Where the product and fulfilment model fit, we can also assess channels such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. Quick commerce needs a separate plan for assortment, local availability and replenishment; it is not just another listing upload.

UAE: Noon, Namshi, Temu and Amazon

For brands selling into Dubai and the wider UAE, we support catalogue preparation, product listings, content quality checks and advertising where the platform and account provide the relevant tools. Noon and Amazon can suit broad ecommerce categories; Namshi is especially relevant for eligible fashion and lifestyle assortments; Temu requires its own seller and product eligibility review. We confirm channel access, logistics, fees and ad options before promising a launch scope. See our UAE ecommerce services page for the wider growth plan.

What CRP Digital can manage

  • Cataloguing and listings: titles, descriptions, attributes, variations, images and platform-specific data checks.
  • Marketplace ads: campaign structure, product selection, budgets, search-term reviews and reporting where advertising is available.
  • Operations: listing quality, suppressed products, stock signals, pricing coordination, promotion calendars and account health.
  • Measurement: platform sales and ad results reviewed with contribution margins and fulfilment constraints, without treating every dashboard number as incremental growth.

How we decide which marketplace to prioritise

We compare customer demand, category fit, seller eligibility, margin after fees, fulfilment readiness and the team's capacity to maintain a good product experience. A new channel is useful only if the catalogue, stock and operations can support it. Our ads management and website development teams can connect marketplace activity with the rest of your ecommerce plan.

Marketplace planning guides by market

Choose the guide that matches the decision you need to make: channel selection, listing readiness, social commerce or rapid delivery.

These guides support planning. Marketplace eligibility, available features and advertising access depend on the platform, category, account and market.

Marketplace account audit: what we review before adding spend

A marketplace account can have demand and still lose sales through missing product information, unavailable variants or poor unit economics. We review the listing and operating setup alongside ads so the first actions address the actual constraint.

  • Catalogue: match each SKU to the correct category, attributes, pack size and variation family; identify missing images or unclear product information.
  • Buyability: check that priority products and variants are live, correctly priced and available to shoppers in the locations being served.
  • Advertising: compare promoted SKUs with stock and margin, then review search terms, campaign structure and spend concentration where account data permits.
  • Commercial reporting: agree how fees, discounts, returns and fulfilment costs enter the margin calculation rather than judging the account on revenue alone.
  • Ownership: assign responsibility for catalogue fixes, platform tickets, inventory updates and campaign approvals, with a clear action list for the next review.

Marketplace management FAQs

Can you improve an existing Amazon or Flipkart account?

Yes. We can scope an audit and ongoing account work around existing listings, catalogue gaps, sponsored campaigns and operational issues. We begin with the current account and priority SKUs, so the proposal identifies what needs fixing and which responsibilities remain with your team. See our India ecommerce services for the wider channel plan.

What does listing optimisation include?

The scope can include product titles, relevant search terms, attributes, descriptions, image briefs and variation checks. We use accurate product information and the channel's requirements; keyword repetition is not a substitute for a clear listing. Changes are checked in the live shopper view where available, and unsupported product claims are excluded.

Can the same catalogue be used for Noon, Namshi and other UAE channels?

A central product-data sheet is useful, but each channel needs its own field mapping, category checks and content review. Pack sizes, variants, images and descriptions must remain accurate across uploads. Seller access, category acceptance and advertising options are confirmed before the scope is agreed. Read about UAE marketplace and ecommerce support.

Does marketplace management include quick commerce?

Quick commerce can be a separate workstream because assortment, availability by location and replenishment need their own review. Our quick commerce management service explains the scope for Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes and Amazon Now where the brand and account are eligible.

What should we bring to the first marketplace review?

Share your store or seller links, priority SKU list, target market and recent sales, stock and advertising reports if available. We use those inputs to discuss catalogue, media and operational priorities. Book a 30-minute marketplace account review with Rhythm.
